Key rules: Non-refundable once paid, except late-delivery refunds (20/50/100%). Delivered within 3 working days of your brief-complete email. 2 revision rounds, each within 48h of a delivery; no reply in 3 days plus one reminder means approved. Monthly plans: cancel before your renewal date.
