Who we are. Mavyn Studio is a design studio based in Dubai, UAE. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect. When you order: your name, email, business details and the brief you give us. Payments are processed by Ziina; we never see or store your card details. When we write to a business for the first time, we use only the business email that business has published (for example on its website or a public directory) and we note where we found it.
Why. To deliver your order, send updates and, for businesses we contact, to offer one free sample made for them.
Free samples. A sample is private to the business it was made for. We never present it as client work or imply that business endorses us.
Your choices. Reply "no" to any email and we will never write again: your address goes on a permanent do-not-contact list. We send at most one follow-up. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.
Sharing. We never sell or rent contact data. We use a small set of service providers (email, file delivery, payments) only to run the studio.
Retention. Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery and accounting; outreach records of businesses that don't reply are deleted after 6 months, except the do-not-contact list.
